Our client is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant for a 60-day assignment in California, starting Jul 6, 2026. This role involves working independent of Physician supervision during all night shifts, from 4PM to 2AM, managing a variety of low acuity ER cases including chest pain, undifferentiated abdominal pain, pelvic exams, lacerations, and headaches.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work independent of Physician supervision
• Manage low acuity ER cases in a fast track setting
• Assess and treat patients presenting with chest pain, undifferentiated abdominal pain, and headaches
• Perform pelvic exams, treat lacerations, and conduct eye exams using slit lamps
• Authorize technicians to perform splints
