  • General Urology - Adult (Required)
  • Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound (Required)
  • Laparoscopic Surgeries (Preferred)
  • Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (Preferred)
  • Ureteroscopy (Preferred)
  • Radical Cystectomy w/ Ileo-Loop Conduit (Preferred)
  • Radical Prostatectomy (Preferred)
  • Nephrectomy (Preferred)
  • Prostatectomy (Preferred)
  • Pelvic Node Dissection (Preferred)
  • Robotic Surgery (Preferred)
  • Adrenalectomy (Preferred)
  • Renal and Bladder Ultrasound w/ Biopsy (Preferred)
  • TRUS Biopsies (Preferred)
  • Incontinence Procedures (Preferred)
  • Penile Prosthesis (Preferred)
  • Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy - ESWL (Preferred)
• Credentialing: Estimated 60 days; Fellowship required

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Minimum Board Certification Eligible (Board Certification required by facility)
• Certifications:
  • ABLS (Required)
  • ACLS (Required)
  • ATLS (Required)
  • BLS (Required)
• Licensure: Active Indiana, will consider IMLC
