Position Overview
As a physician placed through Momentum HCS, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Opportunities are available in hospital-based, outpatient, and specialty practice settings, allowing physicians to practice at the top of their training while making a meaningful impact on the communities they serve.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within your area of specialty.
Deliver evidence-based, compassionate, and patient-focused care.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
Adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in the applicable specialty.
Active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility for licensure.
DEA registration, as applicable.
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
