Urgent Care Physician

Pay Rate: $135.80 - $147.00
This facility is seeking an Urgent Care Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-7p, Saturday and Sunday 8a-5p Patients per day: 22 Practice Setting: Clinic Scope: Urgent Care State Licensure: Oregon State medical license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association Issued and Board Certified in Family or Emergency Medicine. Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days or less
