Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75
This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8a-5p and Friday 8a-4p · Patients per day: 16-22 · Practice Setting: Family Medicine Clinic · Scope: Outpatient · State Licensure: Oregon State medical license, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) · Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
