- Day shifts from 7am to 7pm as nocturnists cover nights
- Independent, physician-led group with local leadership and transparent bonus structure
- Manageable census with APP support and 24/7 Intensivist coverage in a closed ICU
- No procedures required; codes and rapids on general medical floors only
- Open to IM or FM physicians available upon licensure and credentialing
