General DentistColumbus, NEJoin an established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Eastern Nebraska seeking a General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care in a modern outpatient setting. Position Highlights- Full-time employed outpatient position with a predictable Monday-Friday schedule
- No hospital call, inpatient responsibilities, nights, or weekend requirements
- Extended clinic hours limited to Wednesdays until 7:00 PM, with provider participation expected no more than twice monthly
- Modern dental clinic featuring seven operatories, panoramic x-ray unit, NOMAD x-ray sensors, and updated clinical equipment

Compensation & Benefits- Competitive employed salary ranging from $154,252-$195,629, based on experience and qualifications
- Quarterly productivity and quality incentive opportunity of up to 10% of quarterly salary

Qualifications- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Nebraska dental license
- Board-certified or board-eligible preferred, if applicable
- Commitment to providing comprehensive dental care in a community health setting
- Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated healthcare model
- Community health, public health, or FQHC experience preferred but not required
- Open to experienced providers and mission-driven candidates
- Visa sponsorship may be considered on a case-by-case basis
