What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room as the circulating nurse
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure smooth procedures
- Monitor patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgeries
- Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Assist with maintaining a sterile environment and managing surgical instruments
- Provide excellent patient care and advocate for patient needs throughout procedures
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Previous circulating RN experience in an OR setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient safety standards
