Pay & Benefits
- Salary: $140,000 - $145,000 annually (includes 200 hours vacation/CME)
- wRVU Bonus: $26.00 per wRVU (uncapped)
- Signing Bonus: $5,000
- CME & Certification: $3,500 allowance
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, malpractice insurance, 403(b) with 4% employer match (beginning Year 2), relocation assistance available
- Pay package discussed upon application
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care from pregnancy through postpartum
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in outpatient clinics
- Perform diagnostic tests and procedures relevant to obstetrics and gynecology
- Counsel and educate patients on pregnancy, childbirth, and wellness topics
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
- Support patients through prenatal, labor, and postpartum phases
- Participate in a shared weekend call rotation to support OB hospitalist services
What You Need
- Valid Board Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) license in Ohio or eligible
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a CNM; new graduates not accepted
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well autonomously and in team settings
- Familiarity with community resources and referral networks
