What You’ll Do
- Provide professional nursing care to medical-surgical patients under the nursing process.
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement treatments effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain compliance with professional standards and facility policies.
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
What You Need
- Current Kansas RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of one year of hospital Med-Surg experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
