What You’ll Do:
- Provide occupational therapy services to inpatient rehab and acute care patients
- Collaborate with PTs and PAs on co-treatments in acute care settings
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Support patient education to promote recovery and independence
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards in a hospital environment
What You Need:
- Oklahoma OTA license
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Prior experience in inpatient rehab or acute care settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work days and adapt to fast-paced hospital environment
About the Assignment:
Join a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation team focused on patient recovery and quality care. This unit averages around 12 patients per shift, providing a manageable caseload for effective treatment and patient engagement. Options for co-treating with PTAs enhance collaborative care and professional growth.
