Responsibilities

  Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and pediatric patients.

  Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.

  Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff to support coordinated care.

  Document thoroughly and accurately in the electronic health record.

  Initiate specialty referrals when clinically indicated.

  Contribute to clinical workflow and process improvement.

  Support inpatient or on-call coverage if applicable.

  
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Completion of an approved residency program.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Active, unrestricted Florida medical license.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Active Florida Medicaid enrollment.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Current DEA registration and required Florida credentials.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Board certification preferred.

  
  
  
• 
  

  At least 2 years of direct primary care experience.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team-oriented approach.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Comfort with EHR systems and standard clinical technology.
