What You’ll Do:
- Provide safe, effective nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ health status and report changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care
- Maintain accurate documentation compliant with regulations
- Uphold patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
What You Need:
- Current valid LPN license in Washington State
- At least 1 year of applicable healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
