Pay & Benefits:
- Pay rate: $150/hour (orientation rate)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide inpatient medical care to hospitalized patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
What You Need:
- Valid medical licensure in Wisconsin
- Relevant hospitalist experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with flexibility for day or night coverage
