We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 364-day assignment in Arizona, starting Jul 6, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive direct and indirect medical care, formulating working diagnoses, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating therapeutic regimens. The physician will also evaluate patients returning from off-site treatment, respond to medical emergencies, and participate in educational activities. Shifts are scheduled from 6:30a-4:00p, covering typical urgent care and family practice cases, including suturing and basic procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct and indirect medical care to meet the healthcare needs of the patients within the facility
• Formulate a working diagnosis, develop and implement a treatment plan, and evaluate/modify therapeutic regimens
• Evaluate patients who have returned from off-site treatment
• Respond to and initiate care for medical emergencies throughout the facility
• Coordinate, lead and participate in educational and training activities related to medical care for patients
