Speech & Language Pathologist - Home Health - (SLP - HH)

Travel Speech Language Pathologist Home Health jobs in Pueblo, CO offer a 13-week assignment with Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week. You will provide speech therapy services in patients' homes, using Kantime EMR to document care and progress. Required qualifications include a current Colorado license and previous home health experience.
Your responsibilities include evaluating speech, language, and swallowing difficulties, developing individualized treatment plans, and educating patients and families on communication strategies. You will work independently and adapt quickly to new environments, helping clients achieve their functional goals12.
