What You’ll Do
- Provide urgent care and stabilize patients in the ER
- Manage a typical patient volume of 5-10 patients daily
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist in Med Surg duties as needed, maintaining a ratio of 1:4
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout your shift
- Respond quickly to emergency situations with confidence
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Texas RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- TNCC certification preferred
- 2+ years ER and Med Surg experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred:
- Experience in high-acuity settings
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
