This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: As Soon As Possible Start - Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm with a 30-minute lunch. · Setting: Clinic · Procedures/Cases: All ages but primarily adults. Cleanings, Exams, Fillings, Crowns and Bridges, Endo- anterior and Bicuspid, heavy restorative-based office. · Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days · Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Care Stack Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
