Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician
StartDate: ASAP
Available Shifts: Day 8;Weekend;On Call
Pay Rate: $184.30 - $199.50

This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity: - Schedule: Coverage needed July 11th - 18th, 8-hour workday. Evening and Weekend call.
- Practice Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation
- Scope: Rehabilitation Patients
- Credentialing Timeframe: As Soon As Possible.
- State Licensure: Active Oklahoma State License.
- Requirements: Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and use of Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
