Hospitalist Physician

Available Shifts: 12
Pay Rate: $179.45 - $194.25
This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: - Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a); no call; coverage dates 08/14/2026–08/18/2026
- Total census per provider per shift: 12–14 patients (40-bed department)
- Procedures required: Pending information
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
- Support: Pending information
- Certifications and license required: Board Certified, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Basic Life Support (BLS); Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license, Wisconsin Medical License, or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 Days
