Electrophysiology Cardiology Physician
StartDate: ASAP
Pay Rate: $2764.50 - $2992.50
This facility is seeking an Electrophysiology Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: 2-3 times a month, call only
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- Type of cases and required procedures: Permanent Pacemaker implants, Pacemaker Lead extractions, Leadless Pacemaker implants, Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) implants, Ablations: Atrial Fibrillation, Atrial Flutter, Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT), Ventricular tachycardia (VT), Cryoablation
- Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
- Certifications required: Must be Board Certified
- Licensure required: Must have an active Indiana license to be considered, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)(or one that is easily transferable) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
