- Broad case mix: thoracic, vascular, OB, neuro, trauma, orthopedic, ENT, and more
- Partnership track available with vote at 18 months and minimal buy-in
- First and second call approximately every 14 days with post-call day off
- 8 weeks paid vacation plus 5 paid sick days
