COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
- $310k base + Plus Production. (Base Never Goes Away)
- 20,00 Sign-On Bonus.
- $10,000 Relocation Assistance (Negotiable)
- 5 Weeks Paid Time Off Plus 7 Paid Holidays
- 5 days of CME - $2,500 allotted

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)
- 100% Outpatient
- Brand-New Health Center opening December 2026
- Light Call (1:7) - Phone Call Only Nurse Triages
- Average 18-20 Patients per day - Focus on Quality Care
- 4.5-day work week for an optimal work-life balance
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)
- Board Eligible / Board Certified FM or IM
- MD/DO
- FM or IM
- North Carolina License (or ability to obtain)
