• Schedule: 5–7 shifts per month (minimum 3/month considered), 24-hour in-house shifts (7a–7a)
• Scope: 100% inpatient — group call coverage, no unassigned patients (separate laborist group covers unassigned; you'd be backup only)
• Volume: 5–10 inpatients daily, 2–3 deliveries per 24-hour shift
• Setting: Two partner hospitals — Coverage at one location per shift; group assigns based on need.
• Group: Full subspecialty support, 11-provider group, both Level III NICUs
• EMR: Epic
• Duration: September 1 – March 1 (potential for extension)

Requirements: Board Certified OB/GYN (truly board-eligible candidates considered), active California medical license, Epic EMR experience, and clean NPDB (non-negotiable).
