Family Medicine Obstetrics

Pay Rate: $230000.00 - $260000.00
Join Swope Health, the largest FQHC in the Kansas City region, serving 55,000+ patients annually with a mission to deliver accessible, high-quality, whole-person care. Opportunity Highlights: - Outpatient Women’s Health / OBGYN-focused role
- Prenatal care + colposcopies required
- No deliveries (optional moonlighting available)
- 16–20 patients/day with built-in schedule buffers
- 4 hours admin time weekly
- 2:1 clinical support (MA + RN)
- Multiple sites: Central KC & brand-new KC facility
Compensation & Benefits: - $230K–$260K starting base
- 5K Sign on, 5K Retention bonus
- NHSC loan repayment eligible
- 20+ PTO days + holidays
