JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC required
  
• Licenses: Licensed in SC
  
• Certifications: BLS, ATLS, PALS, NRP
  
• Fellowship: Preferred
  
• Experience: ICU and pediatric inpatient experience preferred
  
• Other Qualifications: Local candidate preferred; EMR proficiency
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide hospitalist coverage for a 7on/7off schedule, managing an average census of 10-12 patients per shift
  
• Perform ICU duties including vent management, intubation, and central line placement with telehealth pulm/CC backup
  
• Provide inpatient care for pediatric patients, including nursery Level II and attendance at C-sections/high risk deliveries
  
• Conduct inpatient rounding and admissions, including newborn and pediatric assessments
  
• Use MediTech EMR for documentation and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
