-Case logs from the last 2 years (must be from a hospital not an estimate from the provider) *required in submission*

Provider will round on patients, on-call for emergent C-sections and vaginal deliveries.
Provider also available for any emergent GYN procedures.
High risk deliveries will only be emergent (no NICU at our facility).
High risk transfer to New Hanover Regional or other appropriate facility.
