Description
Randstad Healthcare has partnered with a hospital for a permanent Hospitalist opportunity. The hospital is located 8 miles west of Ocean City, MD. Please review the details below:• 62 Bed hospital
• Will consider BC or truly BE physician, either FP or IM
• Full time (14 - 16 shifts)
• Would like to have a nocturnist but the standard position is days with a few nights. Flexible scheduling.
• Closed ICU
• No procedures required but must respond to codes
• Average census is 12 - 14 per shift
• EMR is AllScripts and Ingenious Med for Billing
• Number of providers: 2 attending, 1 flex (admitting), 1 App, 1 night doc.
• APP will do admits during the day
• Looking for someone to start as soon as credentialing is complete
• Full benefits
• CME allowance $3,500
• $1,000 allowance for licensure
• Matching 403B contribution and retirement plan
• Incentive bonus paid twice a year
• Holiday shifts time and a half
• Permanent position, would consider part time permanent
