Description
SMART is searching for BC/BE, IM or FP physicians with inpatient experience for a locum nocturnist opportunity at a facility near Tyler, Texas.Locum Rate: $180/hour (paid by SMART)
plus paid travel, lodging and malpractice insurance with tail coverage
Shift: 12 hours 5 MDs (7a-7p) and 1 MD (7p-7a)
Patient Encounters: 16-19 per day shift, 6-8 admits per night
Procedures: Not required, only short-term vent management
ICU: Open (24 beds), rounding with Pulm/CC support
Sub-specialties: Most backup available
Codes: Handled by HM
Facility Beds: 271
EMR: Paragon
