Description
Optometrist Locum- Montana
- Work Dates Needed: Starting as soon as possible/credentialed - thru one year, with 4 additional possible option years
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p, No weekends, No holidays
- Worksite Setting: Rural Health facility in MT
- Scope of Work: Perform comprehensive eye exams; diagnose and manage ocular disease; prescribe corrective lenses and medications; Provide emergency care when needed; minor procedures; document in EHR; coordinate with medical staff
- Requirements: Doctor of Optometry; Active unrestricted license any state; BC or BE; BLS
- EMR: EHR/RPMS
