Pay & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 for a two-year commitment
- Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services
- Assist patients with mobility, strength, and functional improvements
- Document patient progress using Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans
- Rotate weekend shifts approximately every 6-7 weeks
- Participate in occasional home health or SNF visits as needed
- Contribute to a facility with a strong focus on community health and patient engagement
What You Need
Required:
- MN Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification (or obtain within 1 year)
- At least 1 year of relevant healthcare experience
- Basic knowledge of electronic medical records (preferably Epic)
- Ability to work 8-hour weekdays and rotate weekends
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or SNF settings
- Familiarity with Epic software
