- Comprehensive Cancer Program: Practice within a state-of-the-art cancer center featuring research and clinical trials, multidisciplinary tumor boards, a dedicated breast center with on-site mammography and biopsy services, and integrated specialty support.
- Advanced Clinical Resources: Industry-leading imaging capabilities including PET, CT, Nuclear Medicine, General Radiology, and DEXA, plus an on-site Angio Suite for PICC and PORT placement.

Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive Compensation: Up to $750K base salary (BOE) with proven $1M+ earning potential through productivity and quality-based incentives.

Qualifications: - Degree: MD or DO with completion of an accredited hematology/oncology residency
- Certifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in medical oncology or hematology/oncology
- Licensure: Eligible for Nevada state medical license
- Skillset: Comfortable managing solid tumors in a community-based setting; hematologic malignancy experience a plus
- Experience: New grads and experienced radiation oncologists encouraged to apply
- Sponsorship: J-1 waiver and H-1B visa support considered on a case-by-case basis
