- Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (On-call services as needed)

- Licenses/Certs: Unrestricted CRNA License (PA or other US state), Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABA, ACLS, BLS, DEA
- Experience: Minimum 1 year required
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $265.00/hr (all-inclusive, 1099)
- On-Call Pay: $50/hr (weeknights & weekends), $350/hr call back rate
- Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do:
- Provide anesthesiology services for general, orthopedic, plastic, ENT, urologic, podiatric, vascular, gynecology, endoscopy, dental, and ophthalmologic surgeries
- Deliver anesthesia care in accordance with ASA standards and VA regulations
- Be available for on-site procedural anesthesia and patient management
- Participate in scheduled clinic and OR coverage during normal hours
- Provide off-hours on-call coverage and consultation
- Ensure timely patient care in compliance with VA rules and regulations
- Maintain documentation and report obstacles to meeting performance standards
- Collaborate with VA healthcare team to deliver high-quality anesthesia services
What You Need:
- Required:
- Unrestricted CRNA license in any US state
- Board certification or eligibility with the American Board of Anesthesia
- ACLS & BLS certifications
- DEA license
- Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience
- Preferred:
- Experience working in VA or similar hospital settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

This position involves providing anesthesia services primarily within a VA medical facility in Lebanon, PA. The role supports a broad range of surgical specialties in a state-of-the-art environment, ensuring quality patient care in compliance with national standards.
