Job Title: Locum Nurse Practitioner – Gynecology Surgery – Atlantic City, NJ

- Experience: Minimum required experience with gynecological robotic surgeries, no new grads
- Patient Demographic: Adult patients
- Facility: Inpatient OR at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center & Pomona, NJ
- Credentialing Time: Approximately 2–3 months

What You’ll Do:
- Provide first assist coverage for gynecological surgeries, including robotic procedures
- Assist surgeons in the operating room with complex gynecological cases
- Ensure patient safety and support intraoperative team efforts
- Collaborate with OR staff and attending physicians during surgical procedures
- Document procedures accurately in Cerner/Oracle EMR system
- Adhere to facility protocols and safety standards
- Contribute to patient comfort and optimal surgical outcomes
What You Need:
Required:
- First Assist Certification with Robotics experience
- License/credentials to practice as NP or PA in NJ (no licensing pending)
- Experience with robotic gynecologic surgeries (minimum years specified)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (standard)
- Professional clinical skills in surgical assist roles
Preferred:
- Previous locum or inpatient OR experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
