Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: To be discussed upon application (includes malpractice coverage)
- Weekly Pay: Via direct deposit
- Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and associated reimbursements, referral bonus program, and ongoing support from a dedicated team
- Additional Perks: Orientation compensation (half hourly rate), holiday pay at 1.5x, overtime at 1.5x after scheduled hours
What You’ll Do
- Provide adult and pediatric outpatient primary care services
- Perform gynecological exams, including pelvic exams and Pap smears
- Interpret EKGs and provide comprehensive wellness care from newborn to geriatric
- Document patient encounters accurately in Cerner EHR
- Support patients with diverse needs in a community-focused environment
- Collaborate with support staff (one Medical Assistant and one Patient Access Representative per provider)
- Follow clinic protocols and adhere to all healthcare regulations
What You Need
- Valid board-certified Family Medicine physician license in Michigan
- Experience with outpatient adult and pediatric patients
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Cerner preferred)
- Comfortable with a fast-paced outpatient setting, handling a variety of patient ages
- Strong communication and patient-centered skills
