What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency medical care to diverse patient populations
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute conditions
- Collaborate with hospital staff and specialists to coordinate patient care
- Document medical histories, exams, and treatment plans accurately
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety standards
- Stay updated on emergency medicine best practices and protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Medical License in Alabama
- DEA certification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in emergency medicine
- Strong clinical assessment skills and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Prior experience in a high-volume emergency department
