Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP)
StartDate: ASAP
Available Shifts: Day 8
Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75
This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Thursday and Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Vacation coverage as needed.
- Patients Per Day: 20-22
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Scope: Standard Primary Care, All Ages
- State Licensure: Active California State License
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Board Certified.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
Facility Location
Located in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, Van Nuys has a large recreation area with basketball courts, a children’s play area, soccer fields and lighted tennis courts. Take a short drive into Los Angeles, visit Disney Land, tour Tinseltown or go shopping at the famous Grove. Stay in town and try one of the many restaurants, tour the Japanese Gardens or go shopping at one of the many shops.
