This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: September 8th - 10th Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Setting: Clinic · Procedures/Cases: Family Dentistry - Primarily Children. Procedures needed: prophies, extractions, x-rays filings, pulpotomies, sealants, crowns, periodontics treatment, exams/hygiene checks · Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days · Requirements: Medicaid, Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
