- Split role: 75% clinical and 25% administrative leadership
- Must have 2+ years of experience leading primary care physicians
- Responsibilities include provider performance evaluation and hiring
- Budget management and value-based care experience highly valued
- Comprehensive on-site services including ultrasound, Echo, and EKG
- Additional on-site capabilities: Doppler, spirometry, and nerve conduction
- Board-certified Geriatrician required; DEA required

From $280000.00 to $280000.00 annual
