What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on scientific knowledge and clinical skills
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, including LPNs, PCTs, and unit secretaries
- Maintain accurate documentation timely and according to hospital protocols
- Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and respond to emergencies swiftly
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Adhere to all safety, privacy, and compliance regulations
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- 1+ years of ER or acute care nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
