- Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical respiratory therapy preferred
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 (paid over initial months)

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home patient assessments and evaluations
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and therapies
- Set up and manage ventilators, oxygen, PAP therapy, and other respiratory devices
- Adjust ventilator settings following physician orders
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues
- Provide ongoing patient support and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in limited after-hours support, as needed
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RRT license
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred:
- Experience in home healthcare or DME setting
- Healthcare leadership or management experience
- Degree in respiratory therapy or related field
- At least 1 year of clinical respiratory therapy experience

This role involves providing comprehensive respiratory care within patients’ homes across West Branch and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for delivering clinical evaluations, education, and equipment management, ensuring patients’ safety and comfort.
