Optimum has an opening for an Emergency Medicine Medical Director to join the team at a hospital less than 30 minutes from Indianapolis, Indiana.
Lead and shape an emergency medicine team of physicians, APPs, and nurses at a respected department near Indianapolis.
About the Position: - Schedule: 1,536 hours per year
- No call requirement
- Annual Volume: 45-50K patients
- Lots of geriatrics with increasing acuity levels
- 60% clinical, 40% administrative
- No trauma cases
- CVU, vertical care space, observation unit, and fast-track
- Will supervise physicians, APPs, and nurses
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
