Family Medicine | 4-Day Week | Upper Midwest Practice Highlights:- 100% Outpatient Family Medicine
- 4-day workweek with excellent schedule flexibility
- Average volume of 14–16 patients per day

- Epic EMR with integrated behavioral health and onsite resources
