A well-established hospital-employed group is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join an experienced team and help support continued surgical growth. This is a physician-only practice with a sustainable schedule, strong surgeon collaboration, and a top-of-range W2 salary.

Practice Highlights

• Ideal Work Environment: Physician-only anesthesia model with no supervision. Work your own cases alongside a strong, experienced OR team.
• Work-Life Balance: Roughly 15 clinical days per month with a typical 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM day.
• Desirable Practice Setting: Join a stable group of eight anesthesiologists, expanding to ten, covering four ORs, a dedicated C-section suite, two minor procedure rooms, and two endoscopy suites..
• Culture & Support: Strong, collaborative relationships between anesthesiologists and surgeons within a growing, well-supported surgical program.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Negotiable, guaranteed W2 salary
• Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable sign-on bonus,
• Professional Development: CME allowance plus a minimum of three CME days per year; licensure, dues, and subscriptions covered

Qualifications

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Licensure: Active Indiana medical license or eligible to obtain
• Experience: In-practice anesthesiologists and new graduates are welcome to apply
