Travel RN - Medical/Surgical Nights - Alexandria, LA

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality medical and surgical nursing care to patients during night shifts
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
- Assess patient needs and update medical records accurately
- Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Follow hospital protocols, including nurse-to-patient ratios of 5:1 or 6:1
- Maintain compliance with hospital dress code (ceil blue scrubs)
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Louisiana or a compact license
- BLS certification from AHA
- Minimum of 1 year experience in MedSurg units preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
