Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum Registered Nurse – Columbus, OH

What You’ll Do
- Provide postpartum and couplet care to new mothers and their babies
- Administer IVs and collaborate with the care team for labor and delivery cases
- Monitor patient vital signs and ensure safety during the postpartum period
- Educate new mothers on newborn care, breastfeeding, and recovery protocols
- Document care activities accurately using EPIC electronic health records
- Float to similar acuity units when needed to support staffing needs
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and quality standards
What You Need
- Current Ohio RN license
- Minimum 2 years postpartum nursing experience
- BLS and IV certification required
- IV start skills essential; labor and delivery experience preferred
- EPIC electronic health record experience preferred
- Strong patient communication skills and teamwork attitude
