What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced critical care to ICU patients across multiple units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, MICU, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, NCCU
- Float to different ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity
- Manage ventilator support, telemetry monitoring, and IV starts
- Ensure patient safety and high-quality care during all shifts
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
What You Need
Required:
- Ohio RN license
- 2+ years ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Experience with telemonitoring, ventilator management, IV placement, and EPIC system proficiency
Preferred:
- Experience across various ICU specialties
- Flexibility to float to unit of equal or lower acuity
