• Board: Active certification through AANP/ANCC

    
• Licenses: Active unrestricted TN RN License, TN NP License

    
• DEA / CDS: Active TN DEA and CDS with TN address and Prescriptive Authority

    
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS

    
• Experience: 2 years recent hospitalist NP experience preferred; new grads considered based on site needs

    
• Other Qualifications: Case logs for past 2 years; Preeclampsia-Eclampsia CME; current immunizations (MMR, Varicella, 2-step TB test) per facility requirements

  

  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  

  

    
• Perform comprehensive history and physical exams for admitted patients

    
• Manage daily inpatient care rounds and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians

    
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies

    
• Prescribe medications and perform medication reconciliation

    
• Coordinate discharge planning and provide patient and family education
