PRACTICE OVERVIEW: The incoming provider will be responsible for seeing patients in the outpatient clinic

SCHEDULE:

• The clinic is open Monday through Friday 7a to 5p - incoming provider will be in office 8-4:30 (can tweak hours)

VOLUME:

• Clinic: How many in clinic? 10-12 visits per day

CALL: Phone call only. 1:4 - taken one full week at a time.

PAYOR MIX: 60% Government Subsidy (Medicare)/40% Private Insurance.
