- Setting: urgent care and occupational medicine clinic
- Dates: ASAP – onging
- Clinic hours of operation: M-F 8a-8p, Sa-Su 8a-4p
- Scope: solo coverage seeing ages 6m+
- Support: 1 MA
- Volume: average 40 ppd
- EMR: Epic, EMR training is required
- Experience: 2+ years of advanced practice UC
- Training: one day of on site training and onboarding
- License and certification: active NC lic, DEA, NCDHHS, NCCPA, BLS, PALS
